PT, How many times has the CW dude said "all things being equal, stocks tend to move in the direction of the longest chart"? If the 2 day holds, it could be a buying opportunity.

GRAFTONIAN, so are you as stunned as I am at what MU has been doing? upward pressure over the past 3 weeks has been unreal.

I figured it would go up, since I bailed at $35.92.

ha ha. same thing with me. It's resisting now at 40 bucks so time to catch the dip and wait for the 4 hour to look good again.

graftonian, what time frame on stockcharts do you use for immediate entry? I've been using 30 minutes but I am not sure it backtests well. Ive been toggling between 15 minute and 30 minute.

PT, most of the stocks I have been trading have come on of Macs filters that I tweaked to have the output close to having all time frames "right". If the price action follows the script, it is usually the 1 week that falls into place last. If ALL the other indicators are in the green and climbing, I might cheat a bit and check the 4 day or 3 day PPO and DO. All this is subjective and not possible to backtest.
Beware, the last 5 days I've not been able to hit a polar bear in the ass with a snow shovel.

well, it is not you, or even the size of the polar bear's ass. the market has been deceivingly wishy washy. Waiting to see if WTW has buying pressure once again tomorrow.

I know this is thread necro, but, does anyone still follow charting wealth?
I've been doing some back testing against various etfs, and like what I see. It also seems to calm me down a bit, from over trading.
