Mac, you been out doing your river rat thing?
PT, The filter I posted is only for finding candidates, all my decisions are made on TC2000.
My son is stopping by this pm, and maybe he can show me how to take a screen shot and post it here.

GRAF, no worries. That is what I assumed....it was a FEEDER system. But what 3 time frames do you use when looking at Charting Wealth? 4 hour for sure, right?

MAC: I just use Internet Explorer and add chart symbols and view different time frames. Is that pretty much the same thing as TC2000 or does TC2000 have greater functionality? I get differing views, as I can change the time frames like the dude does in the videos.

I too, am using the free version. It's nice to have the same time frames and indicators as the CW blog.
Tell me CW fans, is it time to take a shot at VXX?

yes graf. Per your own system, it is. 4 hour, 2 day and weekly. heck, the 9 day time frame looks positive on the VIX. But as our boy from the video says.....wait for silly hour to be over before looking at the 4 hour again ! I unfortunately have lost money during silly hour.

re:silly hour (I think CW calls it "idiot hour") but whatever you call it, I do not have a hard and fast rule. Pre-market trading does not provide reliable guidance, so where does one find that spot to cast ones lot.? One limit mentioned here on SF is a limit of 3 to 5 % over previos close, but that is not much help. I lied, I do have a hard and fast rule: If open is below and descending ema13 on 15 minute chart, wit till it crosses over. Generally this get me in around yesterdays close or not at all. This leaves the cse of a green open. What to do? What to do?

I think we might be overthinking it. ha. if anyone takes VXX in pre market tomorrow with a planned exit by close Friday, they should probably make money. will it be the absolute best entry and best exit, maybe not but it will not be a busted trade most likely.

@ graftonian
We should be going through Grafton sometime late morning. I may be still sleeping. My Boat has Blue and green strips on the stacks = M/V Prosperity with 15 loaded barges.
