8/17/2010 10:12:22 PM I saw something interesting about the RSI 15... this method can be used in any time frame which makes it kind of cool.... this is how it works for longs. use the MA 50 as a long trigger when price moves above it from below, but only if the RSI 15 has crossed its 50 and is trending up. Use the last swing low as a stop.... exit is on your own or when RSI starts to trend down.. notice i used the word trend.... The more I think about it the more I like Alfs USO trade... nice chart right off the lower trend line... now all you need is a few bombs to drop in Iran and you have a big winner... I will be looking for a trade in USO or OIL tomorrow. I am still in the deflation camp but the up tick in the CPI today makes me wonder... I really expected a bad number. The Fed has made it clear that they will not let Deflation set in.... as well they should.... but it is tight rope they walk... the other side of the coin is not very pleasant either.....out of control inflation is ugly also. Anyway trade what you see and to hell with what you read or hear.... |
