Here's one of my antiquated filters that says INO will pop.
Mesayah's The Prophet
rsi(2) below 23
volume below avgvol
close below parabolic sars
open below parabolic sars
close between 2 and 3
avg vol BETWEEN 5000000 and 10000000
AND MARKET CAP IS BETWEEN 3 AND 7000000

Understood - I occasionally add to a position if I think it will recover, but only once and I often exit at breakeven. Too often it ties up funds that would be more productive elsewhere.

i would normally unload in the past but in spite of the fact that i play with pennies only 2 have gone BK out of about 100, so i like to hold.
AMBO has been halted for 6 months. Guess i'm out 1300 bucks. These don't come back right?
